He was a columnist at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/forbes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Forbes<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and has been featured in the\u00a0<em>Wall Street Journal<\/em>,\u00a0<em>USA Today<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Investor&#8217;s Business Daily<\/em>, and more.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Caplan, a professor of economics at George Mason University, is taking the negative.
